Hi NOTES family! First and foremost, thank you for sticking around and supporting this journey. I’m insanely excited to announce that the TABC has so graciously granted NOTES a wine and beer permit! 🎉 If that’s not a means for celebration, then I don’t know what is. It was a process and learning experience, for sure, but I’m so happy that I did it.

Now what’s next? Well, I’ve got some more tables and chairs to set up, a food permit to acquire, a few more ‘vibey’ things to add…and oh yea, THE WINE!

Now that I have my permit, I can officially become a retailer with some local distributors that bring in wines from all over. I’ve also personally reached out to some minority-owned wine makers to get their grape juices on my shelf, as I would love to support them.

Things may feel like a slow burn sometimes, but slow and steady wins this race 👏🏽

Keep an eye out for behind the scenes footage in the IG story. I am still not 100% sure on an opening date, since I’m still pending a permit. But I am definitely looking for a summer opening!
