If you’ve be following along on social media, then you’ve already seen by now that I passed the fire marshal inspection today! What a journey after initially failing it, haha…

So what’s next? Food permit time 👏🏽

I’ve submitted all the paperwork they needed (including my passing fire marshal inspection, teehee), and once it’s all approved, an inspector will reach out to schedule. I’m hoping to expedite the inspection to get my doors open sooner than later. Although, now technically with my passing inspection, you can come into NOTES and hang out! I just can’t serve you wine in a glass 😂 I hope this is all as bizarre to me as it is to you all.

Sorry I haven’t done the best job writing about the whole process up to now. It’s been a wild ride, and very time consuming on top of the normal day to day things I have going on.

But the good news is that “soon” actually does mean soon now. The food permit inspection is the last piece to this crazy wine bar puzzle. When I say I can’t wait, I mean I CANNOT WAIT to have you all come hang out and sip some cool wines.
