I had my health inspection last week, and failed. The 3-compartment sink was too big. It caused the water heater to not meet the capacity requirements. I have since changed out the sink to a smaller one and changed my menu. I will not serve pizza for now, but that’s ok!

I just want to serve some fun wines and good beer in the cool little space I’ve grown to love.

I reached out to my previous inspector today to see if she could assist with my reinspection being set up. She’s put me in contact with the new inspector, so hopefully we can get something scheduled soon.

Thank you to everyone who has checked on me and asked how things are going. I appreciate your excitement and support! And I will do better at keeping you all updated; it’s just been a lot!
