This Week At NOTES & Upcoming Awesomeness

Hey, my winos! I hope you all had a beautiful and relaxing Thanksgiving break. I definitely enjoyed the much-needed time off. It felt surreal to have so much time to spend with my family this past week. But it’s time to get back on the NOTES grind!

I have a few updates to share with y’all:

  • Co-working times at NOTES this week
  • This week’s schedule
  • Food truck night this month
  • Ugly Sweater Party details
  • Updates to how I’ll communicate with you about what’s happening at NOTES

The holiday season is upon us, so let’s not only reconnect (if you haven’t visited in a while) but also make this season memorable at NOTES!

Co-Working is Back

This week, we’re having a co-working session at NOTES! It’s the perfect chance for everyone to come hang out, work on projects (maybe even together), and build a fun community vibe.

Don’t forget to grab your laptop and anything else you might need— we’re getting stuff done! Plus, it’ll be a great opportunity to meet other awesome people, share experiences, and maybe even learn a thing or two from one another. You never know who you might meet while replying to that “please see below” email. *eyeroll*

This Week’s Schedule

As I just mentioned, Monday to Wednesday, we’re rolling out the welcome mat for co-working from 9am to 2pm—because who says you can’t mix business with a little bit of pleasure (and $3 caffeine galore)?

On Thursday, swing by from 5pm to 9pm for trivia night, where you can flex those brain muscles and battle your friends for eternal glory—or at least bragging rights until next week. Trivia starts at 7pm!

Friday is dedicated to a thrilling evening of board games from 5pm to 9pm, perfect for strategizing your way to victory while trying not to flip the game board in frustration!

Annnnd lastly, Saturday is a chill zone from 2pm to 9pm, inviting everyone to kick back, swap stories, and maybe realize that competitive Monopoly shouldn’t be taken too seriously.

Coming Up: Food Truck Night & Ugly Sweater Party

To kick off our one-year anniversary celebrations in style, the tasty “More Than Pasta” food truck will be dishing out deliciousness at NOTES on Friday Dec 13th from 7-10pm! We’re thrilled to extend our hours until 10 that night to make the most of the excitement. But that’s just the beginning!

Get ready for our epic Ugly Sweater Party on Saturday, December 14th, where NOTES will transform into a wonderland of festive cheer solely for this event. We’ll only be open for the party from 5-9 that day.

Don’t miss out—secure your tickets!

Every ticket sold will benefit a local charity that support music education. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable experience filled with outrageously ugly sweaters, endless laughter, and cherished memories with all of you!

It’s All About the Blog (and Facebook)

Notice something different about this email compared to the usual NOTES ones? Well, our updates are now all tied to the NOTES website/blog! Can’t find that one email with all the deets? Want to share some cool stuff with your buddies? Just head over to the blog for all the latest updates. No more mixing up those confusing newsletter emails with blog posts.

And now you can leave comments on the posts and engage with your fellow NOTES-loving community. You’ll see a ‘Comment’ button at the end of this email or on the actual blog post.

Plus, Facebook is going to be your new best friend for quick updates! It’s way easier for me to keep you in the loop with event info and announcements there instead of Instagram.

Looking Ahead: More Fun than Awkward Family Gatherings

As we dive headfirst into the holiday season at NOTES, prepare for festivities so delightful they might even make your relatives’ awkward questions seem bearable! From cheesy trivia questions that will make you question your life choices to quirky gatherings where the dance moves are questionable but the laughter is guaranteed, there’s something for everyone.

So, grab your most festive sweater and get ready to create memories that will make for great stories—because who doesn’t love a good “Remember that time…” story? #DecemberToRemember!

❤️Ashley
